The hotel's location proved really good. It allowed easy access to shopping and transit. The lobby showcased Parisian style, and the bathrooms featured modern updates. I will come back for sure.

great location clean room convenient proximity friendly staff
The location is fantastic. I discovered that the hotel is conveniently near the Grand Opera, just a 3-minute walk! The room was clean and it included everything I needed. The staff was cute and friendly. They always had a smile.
The AC temperature couldn't be adjusted and only fan speed was controllable, a little annoying.

The lobby offers complimentary coffee, and guests can refill their water bottles with cold water for free. The hotel provided all necessary facilities for both business and leisure trips. These facilities seemed meticulously maintained and functioned flawlessly.

The staff provided a map, and they marked all attractions with estimated travel times. Check-in was fast. Staff offered to store luggage. I discovered the staff were particularly attentive and responsive.

The breakfast selection included a nice variety of foods. I found a fabulous bakery across the street, and it opened early. The bakery offered fresh pastries, and it was a good addition to my mornings!!!

The hotel is very near a train station. The Louvre is just 20 minutes away on foot. I easily walked to the Tuileries Gardens. I even walked to the Eiffel Tower!

spacious room central location adjustable air conditioning full-length mirror
the room was spacious, with space for luggage and moving around. the location was very central to transport links. staff at the reception was helpful.
the air conditioning wasn't adjustable, it only changed the fan speed. there wasn't a full length mirror in the room, only one in the bathroom.

fantastic stay!
free upgrade breakfast quality great location
The location was great, near many attractions. i got a complimentary room upgrade, i did not even request it. breakfast each morning tasted fantastic. Cafes and restaurants are right outside.
the safe in my room seemed outdated.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Shortcomings
inoperative air conditioning poor breakfast
The air conditioning was not operational. I found this unacceptable given the room rate and weather conditions. The breakfast was also disappointing. A mouse was running through the area. I reported it to staff, but they seemed unconcerned, stating it was normal.
